We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Channel Partner Head. As the Channel Partner Head, you will be responsible for managing a separate wing of our B2B business, focusing on Sales Agents and Channel Partners. Your primary objective will be to drive growth, revenue, and success through effective channel management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle B2B Business: Oversee and manage the channel partner program, which includes Sales Agents and Channel Partners, to ensure the achievement of business goals and targets.
  2. Onboarding and Support: Identify potential Sales Agents and Channel Partners, onboard them to our program, and provide continuous support and training to ensure their success and productivity.
  3. Performance Management: Monitor the performance of existing partners and devise strategies to enhance their sales, revenue, and overall effectiveness.
  4. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with channel partners, working closely with them to align goals and objectives and foster mutually beneficial outcomes.
  5. Collaboration with Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team to align sales efforts with channel strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer engagement.
  6. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, providing insights to the management team and making necessary adjustments to the channel partner program.
  7. Budget and Forecasting: Develop and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial alignment and performance monitoring.
  8. Channel Partner Programs: Develop and implement various channel partner programs, such as training initiatives, marketing campaigns, and incentive schemes to motivate and support partners.
  9. Performance Measurement: Utilize key metrics, such as sales and revenue, to measure and report on the performance of channel partners, identifying areas for improvement and potential challenges.
  10. Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify and address conflicts and challenges within the channel, working towards effective resolutions and maintaining positive partner relationships.

Other Specification:

  • Education: A Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in channel management or sales, with a proven track record of achieving exceptional results.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM), Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint is essential for data analysis, reporting, and effective presentations.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary, as you will be required to present to partners and stakeholders regularly.
  • Sales Knowledge: A solid understanding of sales techniques and strategies is essential to drive sales through channel partners effectively.
  • Leadership and Problem-Solving: Strong leadership skills and the ability to solve problems creatively are key to guiding and empowering channel partners.
  • Team Player: While you will be working independently, you should also collaborate effectively as part of a team, fostering a cohesive work environment.
  • Growth-Oriented: We are looking for someone with a strong desire to learn, grow, and excel in the field of channel management, contributing to the continuous improvement of the partner program.
