Cedar Gate Services is seeking an Associate HR Officer to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various human resources tasks and support the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
Responsibilities:
- Post internal and external job openings during vacancies
- Coordinate with candidates to schedule interviews
- Conduct and coordinate orientation programs for new employees
- Prepare official letters and documents
- Maintain personnel and office records
- Respond to HR-related queries from employees
- Prepare reports on personnel activities
- Assist in coordinating organizational training sessions
- Handle medical insurance claims and SSF queries promptly
- Participate in employee appraisal processes
- Oversee the procurement of office supplies
- Assist in the smooth functioning of HR operations
- Perform other related duties as necessary
Other Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, preferably with a specialization in HR
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in human resources
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and approachable demeanor
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with Nepal’s Labor Law is a plus
