Major Job Responsibilites:
- Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed by all employees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test requirements, and to ensure that all features and changes are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards
- Working with management to develop new quality control processes and procedures
- Monitoring the progress of projects to ensure that deadlines are met and fulfill the needs
- Participating in meetings with Project Lead to discuss quality issues and concerns in monthly basis
- Conducting training sessions on quality control methods and techniques to ensure that all employees are familiar with best practices
- Design, development, implementation and maintenance of a test automation suite integrated with the team’s CI/CD pipeline for the purpose of supporting a continuous quality approach.
- Monitoring compliance with security policy and regulations regarding misuse of sensitive data, data protection and cybersecurity
- Reviewing data from internal audits and investigations to identify problems or determine whether corrective action is necessary
- Conducting investigations into team member complaints about health or safety issues and focus on career developmentRequired Knowledge and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as management, engineering or science).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance.
- Having CTFL, CSD, ISO 9001 and other certifications is a plus.
- Experience in Automation, Security, API and Performance Testing
- Strong knowledge about Agile, Scrum and Product Management
