Assistant Manager – Quality Control

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager in Quality Control to join our team. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing quality control processes, ensuring that products meet the required standards and specifications. This individual will play a key role in maintaining and improving product quality, as well as implementing quality control procedures and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the quality control team in executing daily operations.
• Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems to ensure product conformity and compliance with established standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of products to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.
• Collaborate with production and manufacturing teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze quality control data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancing overall product quality.
• Train and educate staff on quality control procedures and standards.
• Participate in the development and review of quality control documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and quality manuals.
• Maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspections, and corrective actions taken.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements, integrating them into the quality control process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related field). Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in quality control, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Effective leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in using quality control software and tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the industry.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
