We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Cloud Business Development Manager to lead and drive the growth of our cloud business segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for devising and executing strategic initiatives to increase market share, achieve revenue growth, and establish a strong presence in the cloud services market. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in enterprise sales, presales, and post-sales management, who can effectively lead a team, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and capitalize on market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to drive customer adoption and penetration in the cloud business segment.
  • Lead the enterprise sales team in achieving or surpassing quarterly revenue and goal targets.
  • Manage and mentor the presales and post-sales teams, ensuring smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and successful project delivery.
  • Deliver cloud services training to the sales team, enhancing their understanding of cloud technologies and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to align offerings with market demands and evolving customer needs.
  • Craft a strategic roadmap to establish our company’s cloud business as a prominent player in the market.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related field is preferred; a minimum of 4 years of direct field experience in server, storage, or cloud business is required.
  • Proven enterprise account management experience with a track record of successful new business development.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire, guide, and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adept at analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and converting them into actionable strategies.
  • Candidates with an MBA degree are highly preferred and will be given special consideration.
  • In-depth understanding of cloud technologies, services, and their applications in enterprise environments.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet ambitious targets.
